Art & Soul Tattoo and Gallery moves to Middleton

As many businesses are thriving in today’s economy, owner of Art & Soul Tattoo and Gallery in New Glarus, Renee’ May is no exception. Renee’, along with the 8 artists that work under the Art & Soul name, have expanded the business to an additional location in Middleton. The small New Glarus location has been the primary home for over 5 years and now the expansion gives them an additional 1,200 square feet of tattooing, piercing, permanent make-up and gallery space to expand to. “This is an addition that has been in the works for almost a year”, says Renee’. “We had been looking for the right fit for us and after looking at many communities in the area, we settled on the perfect location on University Avenue” May states.

The new space boasts over 500 square feet of gallery space, which will be filled with over 30 local artists. There will also be a large 500 square feet of stations, which will house 4 artists at a time and a nice employee area for relaxing and creating their custom drawings and designs. “The additional space and second location will allow us to
accommodate more clients and be more productive as a crew” states tattoo artist, Joe Weber.

Art & Soul opens Friday, July 22 with a ribbon cutting by the Middleton Chamber of Commerce at 11am, which the community, friends, family and clients are welcome to attend.
