Are you ready to close out the summer with a bang?!!! Come join the Sixteenth Street Community Health Center Prevention Team at Jackson park (3500 s. Forest home) area 2 for an end of summer celebration!!! There will be plenty of games and activities such as tug of war, Zumba, sack racing, kickball and more!
Of course there will be tons of delicious food to enjoy. There will be great music, and chances to win some prizes!! We’ll also be offering free confidential HIV testing. We promise you don’t wanna miss this, so tell a friend and bring a friend!
