About Alphabet Soup: Madison has it’s first and only Queer Comedy Show, namely Alphabet Soup Show featuring world class stand up comedy with local, regional and national talent. Alphabet Soup Comedy Show is a full spectrum queer show that is produced and hosted by Madison based Dina Nina Martinez, a transgender stand up comic, who was recently named one of the “40 Hot Queer Women in Comedy” by the website AfterEllen.com.
More about the producer: Dina Nina Martinez. Martinez is a transgender stand up comedian and actor from LA who currently resides in Madison, Wisconsin. Her signature blend of disarming sass and charm has been featured in comedy festivals and multiple world class comedy venues including LA Pride, The Chicago Women’s Funny Festival, LA’s The Comedy Store and Chicago’s Zanies Comedy Club. She was recently named one of the “40 Hot Queer Women In Comedy” by AfterEllen.com and is the creator and host of Madison’s first and only queer comedy show Alphabet Soup, “The D Word” podcast, and the forthcoming The Dina
Martinez Show. Though LA was cute and she’s certainly got fabulousness to spare, Martinez’s long term goals are to settle down and be a soccer mom.
Her website is DinaMartinez.com

Ali’s one-woman show “I’m Different, Not Dumb” has been featured at the NC Comedy Arts Fest, Chicago Sketch Comedy Fest and Chicago Women’s Funny Fest. Recently the internationally renowned art blog Art F City mentioned “What Am I Looking At?”; an art review web series hosted by Ali. Watch all the episodes here http://
