Using every entertainment tool at its disposal, Are We Delicious? will attempt to lift the curse on the city of Madison, surrounding communities and the entire state of Wisconsin on Friday, February 13th. Admitting they were caught completely unprepared for this spell of bad luck, local authorities have instructed the writers and performers of Are We Delicious? to explore and hopefully banish the hinky-ness that has descended on Madison.

If the Friday the 13th show is not completely successful in lifting the cloud from our fair city, Are We Delicious? is instructed to perform the show a second time on Valentine’s Day, February 14th.

Madison residents are encouraged to attend one of the two performances at The Frequency. In the meantime, residents are reminded to carry rabbit’s feet or other proven talismans as they go about their business.

The Superstition Ensemble includes: John Steeno, Matt Sloan, Dana Pellebon, Georgina McKee, Stacey Garbarski and William Bolz

Superstition is designed and directed by Tony Trout

Two Performances: Friday, February 13 and Saturday, February 14 at 6:30 pm

Are We Delicious? is an ensemble of Madison writer/performers who conceive, write, rehearse and perform an original one-hour show of humor and heart in a single week. Everyone writes, everyone acts and no one can rest until the final curtain.

Are We Delicious? is dedicated to quick, delicious fare made from local ingredients and presented in a tasteful atmosphere. Delicious is performed cabaret-style, with time between pieces to socialize, order a drink or do whatever.

Impresario Tony Trout says about the show: “Everybody has superstitions. And everyone half-believes them. It’s incredible to me how this has persisted virtually unchallenged into the 21st century. We’ll have a good time exploring the absurdities and true spookiness of superstition.”

ENSEMBLE BIOS:
