All Queer People of Color and their allies are welcome! Shot in the late 1980s, this film examines how a community of Black and Latino gay and transgender New Yorkers build sustenance, creativity, and family while exploring ballroom culture. A thoughtful exploration of race, class, gender, and sexuality in America. In collaboration with the MSC, LGBT Campus Center, Crossroads Initiative, UW Housing, and WUD Film Committee. Closed captioning will be provided.
