DESCRIPTION:Registration for the 6th Annual Cupcheck Cancer Tournament is NOW OPEN!!!  Mark your calendars and join us on May 16th! You can register your team or as an individual looking for a team by going to our Run Signup Registration Page. This year we look to grow on our successes from last year and continue to grow the tournament with more teams\, more sponsors\, and more fun. We can’t wait to see you all again. \n\nAlso don’t forget to visit our non profit charity’s website\, Live For KWags and learn more about what our future looks like as a fundraising event and organization as we continue living for Kevin and others impacted by brain cancer.  \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nOur Mission\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThe Cupcheck Cancer Tournament is a friendly indoor pond hockey style tournament held each year to raise money for Glioblastoma brain cancer research and awareness. It is also a time to honor the life of Kevin Wagner who loved the game of hockey. Our mission is to give back to those who like Kevin’s family received so much help and love while battling brain cancer. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nEvery Bit Helps\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWe invite you to come play in this friendly tournament or sign up to volunteer. Proceeds will be donated to the UW School Of Medicine and Public Health’s Human Oncology department in Madison\, WI and used for brain cancer research as well as fund this tournament each year as it continues to grow. If you can’t or don’t want to play or volunteer\, consider giving a donation. Last year we were able to raise an additional $5\,000 for on top of everything else we did!! This class will explore the craft of developing and deepening character in fiction\, with a focus on creating sensory and imagistic details that make characters feel strange\, vivid\, and alive.
