SUMMARY:Celebration of Trans Visibility | The Tarlton Theatre
DESCRIPTION:The historic Tarlton Theatre and Bay Area Council On Gender Diversity are proud to celebrate trans visibility! \nThe celebration will include poetry\, music\, art\, special guests\, and featured speaker Keva Schultz.\nKeva Schulz was born in Valley Forge\, PA and raised in Shawano\, WI. She holds a BS and PhD in Metallurgical Engineering from UW-Madison. Keva had a 37-year career developing data storage hardware at IBM and Seagate Technology\, which included 20 years managing hard disk drive recording head suspension development. After coming out as a transgender woman in 2017\, she founded Seagate PRIDE!\, Seagate’s global LGBTQ+ employee resource group (seven sites worldwide) and also coordinated the activities for the six other ERGS at the Seagate Bloomington\, MN site. Since retiring in 2019\, Keva volunteers as a transgender and environmental advocate and works on visual arts.\n𝐃𝐨𝐨𝐫𝐬Doors and dinner available at 5:00 PM.\n𝐒𝐡𝐨𝐰𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞Showtime at 6:30 PM.\nFull dinner menu and beverages available. \n𝐓𝐢𝐜𝐤𝐞𝐭𝐬 Tickets available now at $5 per person. Proceeds to benefit the work of Bay Area Council On Gender Diversity. \n Tables for parties of 2-5 available. Seating arrangements are on a first-come\, first-served basis based on the order your reservation is placed. Please purchase a table based on the number of guests in your party.
