This position is approximately 20 hours a week with a VERY flexible schedule. This is a “work in office” position. This position will assist office manager in day to day book keeps as well as develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures.
• Record and file all credit card receipts turned in
• Record and file all gas receipts
• Maintain files on company vehicles
• Collect, maintain, and enter in all material invoices for jobs
• Enter/ manage in all subcontractor invoices
• Collect and submit all warranty information
• Enter in customer payment on active job
• Follow up on past due accounts receivable
• Assemble and Issue invoices to customers
• Reconcile Waste Management Invoices
• Assist office manager in data collection from MarketSharp for reporting
• Collect, maintain, and submit financing information from customers who financed jobs
• Assist office manager and telemarketers with phone coverage as needed
• Assist office manager in the design and recording of book keeping procedures
• Other duties as required.
