Queer Coffee: Your Coffee Can Taste Good and Do Good

Queer Coffee sources high-quality coffee beans and supports LGBTQ+ causes along the way. Our first offering is a delicious, whole bean, fair trade, organic, dark roast from Peru. And our first beneficiary is the Campaign for Southern Equality, which advocates across the South for LGBT rights in all areas of life. You can learn more about Queer Coffee, our beans, or our beneficiary at queercoffee.org.

FAQ

Is this for real?
Yes! Queer Coffee is a lesbian-owned, queer-embracing company meant to combine our love of coffee and our desire to give back.

Is this coffee queer?
Very much so.

Will this coffee make me queer?
Why, do you need help with that?

Do you have to be queer to buy this coffee?
We won’t ask anything about your sexual orientation or gender identity at checkout. We do, however, make assumptions. ;-)

Why “queer?” Isn’t that a derogatory term?
It used to be, yes. And it still can be too. But many LGBTQ+ people are using the term to describe all of us, without derision. Queer Coffee embraces all of us in the LGBTQQIAAP+ community (lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, questioning, intersex, ally, asexual, pansexual, and more).
