GENDER DIVERSITY THERAPY GROUP
WHEN: Meets every Thursday evening. Ongoing group.
COST: $20.00 per group session or covered by insurance.
DESCRIPTION: This group is for those age 15 and up who are questioning their gender identity, those who are newly out, or those who have been out. This group is for those who identify as transgender, female-to-male, male-to-female, non-binary, gender neutral, gender queer, drag kings, drag queens, and crossdressers. Group is led by Lisa Breisch, Psy.D. Must call ahead to pre-register at 815-639-0300.

TEEN LGBTQI (AGES 13-17) SUPPORT GROUP
WHEN: Starts Monday, March 19, 2018. Meets every other Monday.
COST: $5.00 per person.
DESCRIPTION: This group is for teens age 13-17 who are questioning their gender identity or sexual orientation, those who are newly out, or those who have been out but want to connect with other like-minded people. Group is led by Murray Mueller. Must call ahead to pre-register at 815-639-0300.

LGBTQI SAGE (OVER 50’S) SUPPORT GROUP
WHEN: Starts Monday, March 19, 2018. Meets every other Monday.
COST: $5.00 per person.
DESCRIPTION: This group is for the mature members of our LGBTQI community who are questioning their gender identity or sexual orientation, those who are newly out, or those who have been out but want to connect with other like-minded people. Group is led by Anne Hendrickson and Ricky Kuchinski.

WOMEN’S SUPPORT GROUP
WHEN: Starts Tuesday, March 20, 2018. Meets every other Tuesday.
COST: $5.00 per person
DESCRIPTION: This group is for women who are questioning their sexual orientation as either lesbian, bisexual, or pansexual, those who are newly out, or those who have been out but want to connect with other like-minded people. Group is led by Kristy Breisch and Kari Granderson.

MEN’S SUPPORT GROUP
We are still looking for a male volunteer who identifies as gay, bisexual, or pansexual, to lead our Men’s Support Group. The group will meet every other week. If interested please call 815-639-0300 and ask for Lisa or email her at [email protected].

WEIGHT LOSS SURGERY SUPPORT GROUP
WHEN: Starts Wednesday, March 21, 2018. Meets every other week.
COST: $10.00 per session.
DESCRIPTION: This group is open to everyone and is LGBT friendly. This group is for plus-size people who are contemplating weight loss surgery, those who are pre-operative (scheduled for surgery), and those who are post-operative (have already had weight loss surgery) no matter how long ago the surgery occurred. This group’s mission is to support the weight loss surgery community during all the stages of having the tool of surgery. Group is led by Lisa Breisch, Psy.D., Psychologist and Don M., both of whom have had weight loss surgery. Must call to pre-register at 815-639-0300.
