Union buildings closed over winter break Dec 24Jan 5 except for game watch:

“Official Campus 2015 Outback Bowl Game Watch Location”

UW BADGERS vs AUBURN TIGERS

Thursday, January 1, 2015

The Sett, Union South

1308 W. Dayton

Game time is 11 am; building opens 9 am to 4 pm

If you’re not traveling to Tampa, Union South is the place to be on New Year’s Day to watch the football Badgers take on the Auburn Tigers in the Outback Bowl starting at 11 am. With an 18-foot HDTV screen, great food and The Sett’s very own “jump around,” you can’t get closer to the real game experience at the official campus game watch location!  There will be overflow space available with large TVs to accommodate an overflow crowd.

Otherwise, both Memorial Union and Union South will close for winter break from Tuesday, December 23 at 6 pm untilMonday, January 5, 2015 at 7 am.

The exception of course is Union South, opening for the Outback Bowl Game Watch from 9 am until 4 pm on Thursday, January 1.  Kickoff is 11 am; The Sett and the Daily Scoop will open at 10 am.

Campus parking is FREE on New Year’s Day. Spaces are available beneath Union South or in Lots 17 and 20.

For more information about the Outback Bowl Game Watch, contact Tim Gloeckler, (608) 263-2558, [email protected].
