Girls, Gays, & Theys Community Workout

Join Feral Fitness Collective for a a fun hour of functional fitness designed for the girls, gays, and theys! FFC is a queer owned personal training and group fitness collective looking to make fitness accessible and welcoming to folks who haven’t felt comfortable in a traditional gym setting. We play upbeat music, we celebrate everyone’s effort, and we have a great time moving.

All levels are welcome to join and post workout socializing is encouraged. After you get your sweat on, stay for a delicious beverage or some delicious snacks offered by Hodge Podge.

We ask that all participants are women, trans, femme, non-binary, or identify on the lgbtqia+ spectrum as we want to preserve our workouts as a safe space for that community.

We encourage everyone to wear comfortable clothing that is breathable and allows for movement. Bring a water bottle and a clean pair of shoes so as to keep our equipment and the floors clean :)

All movements will be demonstrated and coached with two certified trainers on hand to make sure everyone moves safely and everything is scalable to meet your level.
