Be You: A Support Group for Teens is a free support group that meets Thursdays from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. central. Anyone 14-18 years of age is welcome. These sessions are led by Kelly Hoaglund-Zumstein, a local therapist. Kelly is an out lesbian and specializes in working with LGBTQ+ persons, youth, adults, and families. She has worked in the school system and as a clinical therapist supporting the mental health needs of LGBTQ+ individuals and is experienced with facilitating youth…

Circles of Reflections was developed in 2020 from a similar program known as Circles of Recovery Anonymous.
