Rugby 101 – Learn to Play Rugby with the Madison Minotaurs

Whether you’re craving to connect with new friends, looking to step outside of your comfort zone, or anxious to relieve some stress – rugby is for you.

All body sizes and skill levels welcome. There are many roles in rugby for different types of bodies and fitness levels. Many of our players are participating in a sport for the first time in their lives.

Dress for outdoor activity and bring a water bottle (bubblers and fountains are available at the Wisconsin Rugby Complex). After the workout session, participants are invited to learn more about our upcoming season and join us for our all team meeting at the Clubhouse.
