Antigo Location

Teen Center Director– Full-Time – $32.5-37.5k Per Year

Teen Center Director manages the overall daily operations of the BGCNW Teen Programs at our Antigo Teen Center with the primary concern for Club member discipline, safety, overall program delivery, supervision, facilities management, community and parent relations, and membership administration to include outreach. As well as plan, implement and instruct programming, for youth in grades 6-12 that align with our priority outcomes: Academic Success, Good Character & Citizenship, Healthy Lifestyles, and STEM. Programs should promote development of Club member’s physical and social skills and be adaptable to youth. Teen Services Coordinator works under the guidance and supervision of the Club Director, assists and oversees Club functions in areas of Visions Scanning program, Club cleanliness, role modeling, programming and special events.

Youth Development Professional– Part-Time 15 -35 Hours Per Week – $9-$13 per hour (4 Openings) -Fall Start

The Youth Development Professional is responsible for planning and implementing programs, such as Education, Health & Life Skills, Character & Leadership, Social Recreation, Arts & Crafts, and Physical Education for Boys & Girls Club members in K-12 grades. Programs should promote development of Club members’ physical and social skills accomplished through the implementation of a weekly program plan that includes tournaments and contests, group goal-setting, secret file folders, motivational/participatory programs and other various planned program activities. Club programs emphasize on building a positive self-image in Club members. The YDP works under the guidance and supervision of the Program Director assists and oversees Club functions in areas of Visions Scanning program, Club cleanliness, role modeling, programming and special events

1 Part-time & 1 Full-time AmeriCorps – Community Corps

The AmeriCorps – Community Corps position works under the guidance and supervision of the Program Director. Ensure children’s safety, manage children’s behavior and act as a role model and mentor. Model constructive participation in all daily activities in the core area of healthy lifestyles, good character & leadership and academic success. The YDP is the single most consistent presence in the experience of each BGCNW member, and so has the greatest potential impact on each Club Member. This responsibility requires careful attention to the physical and emotional safety of each and every individual camper and to the overall development and formation of the group as a whole.

Rhinelander Location

Club Director- Full-Time Exempt $45k-$50k/yr – with benefits

The Club Director works under the guidance and supervision of the CEO. Directs and manages overall daily operations of the Rhinelander School site under the requirements of the organization with the primary concern for a comprehensive, outcome-driven program and service delivery, supervision and training of staff (direct and indirect reports), personnel issues, management of the facility, work with the organizations budget, provides support the to the Rhinelander Community Board of Directors, community relations, volunteers, and membership administration. Provides recommendations to the strategic planning process, and assists with resources development initiatives.

Program Director- Full Time Exempt $35k-$38,500k/yr – with benefits

The Program Director is responsible for overseeing the planning, development, implementation and evaluation of a specific program for youth in grades 1-5 within a designated Club. Program responsibility supports our priority outcome areas of

Academic Success, Healthy Lifestyles, Good Character and Citizenship. Communicate with parents as necessary regarding behavior and Club events. The Program Director also provides leadership and supervision to assigned programs and volunteer staff; manages budgets and controls expenses as assigned.

The Program Assistant is responsible for leading engaging activities, providing targeted academic support to our members, and filling in where needed during program hours
