|JOB SUMMARY:||Under limited supervision, this position will manage a vibrant Grab & Go cafe located in the Education Building on Bascom Hall. This position will provide service of high quality coffee drinks, wide range of sandwiches, appetizers, and provide guidance and direction for part-time staff. Depending on business needs this position may float to other WI Union Dining and Hospitality locations from day to day with potentially short notice of schedule.|

|ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:||The Wisconsin Union operates two buildings, Memorial Union and Union South, plus additional food service units located throughout campus.The Wisconsin Union is a financially self-supporting division of the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
The WI Union is part of Student Affairs at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, led by the vice chancellor for student affairs. Our staff is dedicated to serving students and to helping them succeed in and out of the classroom in areas including health and well-being, identity and inclusion, leadership and engagement, and student advocacy. Student Affairs includes departments led by the dean of students; departments that provide identity-based spaces and leadership resources; the Wisconsin Union; University Health Services; and University of Recreation and Wellbeing.
|WORK TYPE:||Full Time: 100%
This position requires work be performed in-person, onsite, at a designated campus work location.
|WORK SCHEDULE:||Monday through Friday, 6:30 am to 2:30 pm, although this position works as part of management team that has units open weekends and holidays. As part of the team, this position may also work occasional nights, weekends, special events, or holidays. As lead worker, this position may be required to work additional hours on a regular basis.|

|SALARY:||Minimum $18.75 HOURLY
