D.E.L.V.E. Incubator Performances 2026

This event: Is LGBTQ hosted, May be of interest to the LGBTQ community || The Isthmus Dance Collective’s Dance Experience Lab for Vibrant Exchange (D.E.L.V.E. Incubator) returns May 2026 with six diverse Madison Area choreographic works.

IDC’s DELVE Incubator provides an opportunity for dancers and choreographers to create and explore artistically, while making new connections and performing for local audiences. Professional and advanced amateur dancers will work in the creation of new works that will be included in IDC’s May 2026 performances with this year’s panel selected choreographers: Guy Thorne, Molly Johnson, Pa Ying Gia Thao, Anupama Bhattacharya, Alyssa Ayen, and Katrina Atkin.

The resulting world premieres of feature: global fusion where Hip-Hop meets Classical Indian Bharatanatyam, modern dance woven with a rich textile arts multidisciplinary framework, contemporary break dancing, witchy heels, a jazzy Afro-Caribbean contemporary love letter, and femme street styles meet jazz funk.
