Spring Awakening

This event: Has LGBTQ content, Is LGBTQ hosted, May be of interest to the LGBTQ community || Pride Theater Productions is the 1st and only all LGBTQIA+ theater company in Rock County, WI. Founded in 2021, it’s past productions include RENT, Little Shop of Horrors and Hairspray. We are an artistic community that affirms and amplifies the creative work of LGBTQIA+ artists in Rock County. Creating impactful art performances rooted firmly in representation for all, resiliency through challenges, and joyful rebellion against oppression.

Join us for our 5th season show Spring Awakening:
SPRING AWAKENING follows a group of young people navigating the discovery of information being kept from them – information that affects their own life and death. In true PTP fashion, we took this narrative and infused the queer experience into every choice.

SPRING AWAKENING is a show which deals with intense subject matters, sexual content, and themes of abuse and oppression. This content is not recommended for those under the age of 14 or for whom this extended content warning is intended to support patrons who might be triggered by certain events.

SPRING AWAKENING is presented through special arrangement with Music Theatre International (MTI). All authorized performance materials are also supplied by MTI.
