ECB is the state agency that delivers educational, noncommercial, and public safety media via Wisconsin Public Radio and PBS Wisconsin. We are seeking a Systems Administrator (IS Technical Services Specialist) for our Core Technology team.

The Systems Administrator serves under general supervision of the Director of Core Technology and is based in Madison, WI. Occasional remote work requests may be granted with supervisor approval based on projects and departmental need.

Qualified applicants will have experience with EACH of the following:

-Systems administration such as managing and maintaining servers, physical and virtual machines, network-attached storage systems, and all IT systems, including desktop and server Windows and Linux systems.

-Maintaining Active Directory environments, especially focusing on creating and tuning Group Policy Objects and applying Principle of Least Privilege to all designs.

-Providing technical support to end-users for hardware, software and network connectivity issues.
