Madison, WI – Today, the Board of Directors of Fair Wisconsin, Inc. and Fair Wisconsin Education Fund announced that they have hired Megin McDonell to serve as the organization’s Executive Director.

“The boards of Fair Wisconsin and Fair Wisconsin Education Fund are thrilled to welcome Megin to this new role as Executive Director,” said Jason Rae, chair of Fair Wisconsin, Inc. “Megin has been a tremendous part of our team for the past few years and we know she will excel in this new role.”

McDonell has served as the interim Executive Director of Fair Wisconsin since March. She previously served as the organization’s External Relations Director. She has a breadth of non-profit leadership experiences, including grant writing, media and communications, and program and budget development and implementation. “I’m honored to be selected by the boards to help lead Fair Wisconsin,” said Megin McDonell. “There is a great amount of work to be done to ensure true lived equality and justice for all people in our state and I look forward to helping lead that charge.”

“Megin’s leadership at Fair Wisconsin has been wonderful to watch and we’re excited to see her in this new position,” said Joanne Holland, Fair Wisconsin Education Fund chair.
