Mad Rollin’ Dolls flat track roller derby rings in early spring in Madison with a double-header at the Exhibition Hall at the Alliant Energy Center on Saturday, March 21

Madison, Wis. – It’s springtime for the four home teams of the Mad Rollin’ Dolls roller derby league, even if the weather outside refuses to cooperate! Join us in conjuring up images of sunny skies, warm weather, big hits and incredible feats of skill on skates–Saturday, March 21 at the Exhibition Hall at the Alliant Energy Center!

Tickets for the bout are $12 in advance or $15 at the door. Kids ages four through 10 are admitted at half price, and 3 and under are free. Doors open at 5 p.m., and the bouts start at 6 p.m.

All four home teams will face off against each other in the continued quest championship seeding: The superheros of the Quad Squad will take on an insurgent Vaudeville Vixens in the first game of the night, followed by a grudge match that will pit the Unholy Rollers against the still undefeated Reservoir Dolls.

Follow the action and build your dream teams via MRD’s first-ever public fantasy roller derby league! Sign up now: http://www.fantasizr.com/sport/fantasy-roller-derby

A portion of the proceeds from the game will go to benefit Safe Habor Child Advocacy Center, a local organization that seeks to reduce the trauma to children who are victims of abuse or neglect or witnesses to crimes, by promoting the coordination of multi-disciplinary investigations, conducting forensic interviews in a child-friendly environment, and providing ongoing advocacy to affected children and families.
