Leadership isn’t about titles—it’s about impact.

My parents immigrated to the United States from rural communities in the Philippines with little more than a dream. They knew that opportunity existed here in a way it never could back home—giving me the chance to live fully, authentically, and without limits in America. In my early adulthood, I relied on government programs and the philanthropy of others to navigate difficult times. That experience shaped me—not just in understanding how systems work, but in recognizing how access and opportunity change lives. Today, I give back—ensuring that opportunity isn’t just a privilege, but a reality for those in our community who dream, strive, and work to build a better future.

For more than 15 years, my work has centered on people—ensuring that innovation, equity, and impact drive meaningful change for individuals and communities. Whether championing housing equity for LGBTQ+ individuals, scaling Wisconsin’s leadership and industries globally, or mentoring future leaders, my focus has always been on helping folx grow and determining how we build a future where everyone can thrive.

My career has taken me across industries, leading initiatives that transform markets and expand opportunities. At Johnson Controls, I developed product and innovation strategies that enhanced business performance while prioritizing sustainability and inclusion. And, for about five months, it was a great privilege to focus on scaling our state’s leadership, products, and services across the globe, while inviting great companies to become Wisconsin’s next great employers—all with an effort to strengthen and support Wisconsin communities. Whether through corporate leadership, community advocacy, or mentorship, I remain committed to service—bringing people, ideas, and cultures together to create meaningful connections and lasting change.

That commitment extends to my advocacy efforts. As Chair of Pride United at United Way, I have fought for more equitable, accessible housing solutions for LGBTQ+ individuals, knowing firsthand how stability creates opportunity. I have worked alongside organizations like Building Homes for Heroes and Make-A-Wish America to drive impactful change for those facing systemic barriers. These experiences have reinforced my belief that economic mobility, community support, and structural equity are deeply interconnected—and that leadership is about bridging those gaps.

As I move into this next chapter—becoming a father and seeking my next leadership opportunity—I remain focused on what matters most: Ensuring people have the stability, opportunity, and resources to thrive. Whether through mentorship, advocacy, or executive leadership, my work has always centered on building pathways to belonging and driving systems that serve people—not the other way around.
